A Message from the Board of Directors

We made the decision over seven years ago to change directions in leadership here at Paul J. Cooper CHS, the future looked bleak and full of doubt.  Fortunately, with the help of God, we are able to celebrate our 36th year of service and a future that is full of hope and greater service to the community.  We want to commend our staff for their dedication and commitment in the face of many obstacles which have closed many agencies around us.  The Board has witnesses a turnaround which has pointed the agency in a new direction.  A new direction of hope and financial stability.  Our mission is clear and we are up to the challenge.  The challenge of delivering services to a community in desperate need and finding the resources in a stingy fiscal environment.  With God's help, Paul J. Cooper will continue to strive.
